![]() If you need more help with identifying it or just more information, feel free to ask.ĮDIT: Just took a look at the pictures, definitely a B/O Supraphonic, it's in beautiful condition, I don't see very much pitting in the chrome, and it looks to be all original, nice find. Same goes for the Keystone badge era Supraphonics and Acrolites, but there were no Keystone chrome over wood snares, instead there were Jazz Festival snares, which came in all finishes.ġ5$ would have been a great deal on the Acrolite, but the Supraphonic that you have is worth even more. ![]() The supraphonic (LM400), is always chrome, either over Ludalloy or over Brass (Usually alloy.) and uses "Imperial" styled lugs. The acrolite is pretty easy to identify, they use the "Bowtie" lugs, and did not come in chrome from the factory, most of the wood snares used the same lugs, but they're wood so you know they aren't acros. Yes, the acrolite does share it's badge with many other snares from the same era, including Vistalite snares, LM400's, Chrome over Maples, and Six Lug wood Student Models
